How many storeys are there and do you have a lift?
    There are 3 storeys - ground floor, first and second floor and there is not a lift however two ground floor bedrooms are available.

Can I have additional duvets/blankets or pillows if I need to?
     Yes, subject to availability.

Is it possible to have a mattress topper if my mattress is too hard?
     Yes, although availability is limited.

Is there a car park available?
     Yes, there is on-site parking. One space per room. Although we are unable to reserve or guarantee spaces as it is a first
     come, first  serve basis.
    Note: Car parking is allowed on Landguard Road overnight from 18:00 to 20:00.
    Any vehicles left in our carpark are left at owners risk and Landguard House does not take any responsibility for any loss
    or damage.

Is ID/passport required for check-in?
     Yes, a form of Identification is required, e.g. drivers license, passport.

Do you charge for wifi / internet access?
     No, wifi is free for our guests. Password available at reception.

Is breakfast included with the price of the room?
     Yes, breakfast cost is included with room price.

Do you provide late check-out?
     It is possible with prior notice and depending on the next guest arrival time. Although baggage can be left on the premises
     after check out for and agreed period of time.

What time is check-in and check-out?
     Check in: 13:00 - 20:00.
     Check out: 07:00 - 10:00.
     Check in times can be outside of these times with prior agreement.

What time is breakfast served?
     Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 07:00 and 09:00.

Can I cancel my reservation without charge?
     Yes, if it is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

Do you have to share a bathroom?
     A bedroom with an ensuite can be booked however there are rooms where private bathrooms are unavailable. In this case
     there are shared bathrooms  that are cleaned regularly.

Can I connect to the internet from my room?
     Yes, wifi is available in the bedrooms.

If I lose my keys do I have to pay for them?
     Yes, it will cost £20 to replace.
